Itinerary

Arrive in Stockholm and begin your Scandinavian adventure. Transfer to your hotel on your own, or choose an optional airport transfer. In the late afternoon, meet your tour escort and fellow travellers in the hotel lobby for a short welcome and introduction to the journey ahead.
Dinner and evening are at your leisure.

Enjoy breakfast before setting out on a 4-hour panoramic tour of Stockholm. The beautiful capital is built on 14 islands and often called “The Venice of the North”. Explore the charming cobblestoned streets of the Old Town and admire the impressive City Hall, known for hosting the annual Nobel Prize banquet. The tour includes a visit to the famous Vasa Museum, home to the only preserved 17th-century ship in the world. Afternoon and dinner are at your leisure.

After breakfast, depart for Norrköping by the river Motala. Stop for a walk along the “Industrial Landscape” to admire bridges and pathways offering spectacular views of the river and its dams and waterfalls. After seeing the stunning cactus at Carl Johan Park, depart for Oskarshamn. Here, sit on Europe’s longest wooden bench—a 72-meter bench called Långa Soffan.

After breakfast, depart for Malmö, Sweden’s third-largest city. Explore the charming cobblestoned squares of the old town – Lilla Torg and Stora Torg. Cross the impressive Öresund bridge to Copenhagen, a marvel of modern engineering. In the evening, stroll along the pedestrian street of Strøget to the old harbour Nyhavn, where there are many possibilities of enjoying a hearty dinner or a coffee in one of Copenhagen’s most charming areas.

After breakfast, head out for a 3-hour panoramic tour of Copenhagen. See iconic sights such as the Little Mermaid statue, Gefion Fountain, the Royal residence Amalienborg Palace, Nyhavn Canal with its charming outdoor restaurants and picturesque cafés, Christiansborg Castle, home to the Danish Parliament, the Royal Opera House, and many more beautiful sights. The tour ends with a visit to the magical Tivoli Gardens.

After breakfast, experience Copenhagen from a new perspective with a Classic Canal Tour around the harbour and canals. In the early afternoon, board the overnight ferry to Oslo. Onboard, enjoy a rich dinner buffet, before heading to one of several bars or doing your shopping at the well-stocked duty-free shop.

Shortly after a cozy breakfast onboard, disembark in Oslo. Meet your local guide who will take you on a 3-hour panoramic tour of the Norwegian capital. See the Royal Palace, the National Theatre, the Parliament, the Opera House by the waterfront, and the medieval Akershus fortress. There will be time for a pleasant stroll through Frogner Park (Vigeland Park) famous for the controversial sculptures by Gustav Vigeland.

In the afternoon, explore Oslo at your leisure. Walk along Karl Johans Gate, lined with shops and cafés. If there are no events scheduled, step inside the City Hall, home to the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, and admire its impressive murals and architecture. Wander down to Aker Brygge, a vibrant seaside promenade perfect for soaking in the maritime atmosphere, grabbing a coffee, or watching the sunset over the fjord. Evening and dinner are at your leisure.
